Freedom 45 Sin'e

I met with longtime friends and clients this morning in the Annpapolis Harbor aboard their 1988 Freedom 45 named Sin'e. Jake and Kay Mast have sailed the Chesapeake for years and purchased this boat in 2003 to facilitate coastal cruising which they have enjoyed since.
Today they signed a purchase agreement to sell their "baby" and headed off for one last cruise to New England. Plans call for surveys and sailing trials late July in their home port of Deltaville,Virginia. The broker will be pleased if this deal goes forward as the boat will have been on the market for eight months. Even so, at eight months we will be beating the average time on the market for a 45' cruising sailboat!

Here's wishing Jake and Kay a pleasant and safe cruise to the Vinyard!
