Occaisionally, and most often in the dead of winter, we see an exceptional deal become available. Not usually with this genre of boat however. It's the SeaRays and Carvers more often going to foreclosure....something about the culture of those boats?
This is a Spencer Lincoln designed hull (1999) which places it squarely in the category of a no-nonsense Downeast workboat hull. The 440 Yanmar (w about 400 hours) is reported to offer an eighteen knot cruise. the boat was finished off on the Cape in Massachsetts with a comfortable fit and finish. Not to the highest standards but estetically pleasing.
