I feel really fortunate to be storing a boat in a building this winter. As you can see this is turning out to be a tough year for boats stored out in the elements. A friend of mine has built numerous large buildings for this purpose and the cost is not much more than storing a boat here in Annapolis w/ shrinkwrap. Plus you have access to your boat for winter projects. April is usually a tough month to make headway (out of doors) so the inside storage can also facilitate a timely lauch with the boat ready to go!
